This will be an easy to moderate hike of less than 3 miles amongst Legacy Oregon white oak and a mixed conifer woodland. Todd Kepple, of Klamath County Museum, and Steve Sheehy will be present to provide historical and environmental education. Mr. Sheehy is a local lichenologist who has found a rare lichen species on this beautiful site. Please bring water, a lunch or snacks, bug repellant, sunscreen, your camera and binoculars if you have them. Over 80 bird species have been identified on this property. Let's Get Outdoors together!
